In an upcoming release, this application will be removed for all systems except for those with FedRAMP enabled. Unless your system is FedRAMP-enabled, switch to the new CXone Dashboard application as soon as possible for an improved experience.
The Dashboard application consolidates a collection of widgets that display data from the different applications available in CXone. You can use these widgets to create and define your own dashboards that will aggregate and collect the data you need to see, when you need to see it.
You can create as many dashboards as you want, and the dashboards can be made private or public, enabling you to share them with others.
