To set up NiCE CXone Copilot for Agents, complete these steps:

Contact your account representative to enable Copilot for Agents, Agent Assist Hub, and Knowledge Hub for your organization.
Create a Copilot for Agents profile.
Modify your Studio script.
Optionally, replay past interactions in Copilot Simulator to test your profile and prompts before you change them for all agents.
