Conversations Permissions
You must have the appropriate permissions to view Roles and Permissions. Conversations must be enabled for your tenant in order to see these permissions.

Launch Conversations
Controls whether users can launch Conversations
from the app selector
in CXone Mpower. Conversations allows CXone Mpower users to chat one-on-one and in groups.
Conversations requires a Digital Experience license. Users must have the Digital Engagement employee profile attribute to use Conversations.
To allow agents to access Conversations in CXone Mpower Agent applications, enable it for the desktop profile for their role.
