Export Schedules or Net Staffing

Exporting schedules or net staffing is done in the Schedule Manager

You can export schedule data for several scheduling units or a single agent. You can export net staffing data for several scheduling units. Access both export options from the settings icon in the Schedule Manager. The data is exported as a CSV file.

Export Schedules

  1. Click the app selector and select CXone WFM.

  2. Click Schedule Manager.

  3. Click the settings icon and select Export.

  4. Select what to export: Scheduling unit schedule, Agent schedule, or Net staffing.

  5. Select the Scheduling units or Agents.

  6. Select the Duration.

  7. Select the range of data to export. After selecting the From date, the End date is added based on the selected duration.

  8. Click Download.

    The schedule data is exported to a CSV file and downloaded to your computer.

  9. Keep in mind, the text in the CSV might be garbled (for example: 文字化ã). This can happen when the text has multibyte characters (such as Chinese and Japanese).
