STOPLOG

Stops call or chat logging before a conversation has ended. It is unnecessary to use Stoplog after an action or event that terminates the contact, as terminating the contact inherently stops the call logging.

Dependencies

Use Stoplog with the LOGCALL action. If you use CXone Mpower Recording, using LogrecordingPro action instead.
