An event action that triggers when an outbound call placed by the automated dialer connects to an answering machine. It allows you to create a branch for actions taken when this happens. - This action requires Personal Connection.
- For answering machine detection (AMD) to work, the ACD skill must have attempt-based AMD enabled. Specifically, the Call Progress Analysis field must be set to Classify with Answering Machine Detection.
