Your Coaching Packages

A coaching package helps you improve a specific skill set. For example, if you need guidance to boost your current performance in key areas related to quality or you need information regarding new products in your company, your manager can send you a coaching package to help sharpen your skills.

Managers can create coaching packages geared specifically towards a certain topic then build coaching plans to distribute your coaching packages to the employees. When the distribution is done, you'll receive a notification, and the plan will appear in the Coaching page in your My Zone application. Your manager can send a reminder notification if it is nearing the due date and the coaching package has not been completed. This will appear as a message in MAX and Salesforce Agent.

Once you review the coaching package, you can submit it to confirm you've completed the session.

To view your coaching packages:

  1. You can view coaching packages in three different ways, depending on which agent application you are using.

    • Click the app selector and select My Zone. Click Coaching.
    • In MAX, click WEM > Coaching.
    • In Salesforce Agent, click Schedule  >  Open WEM  >  Coaching.
  2. From the list, open your coaching plan and review your coaching package.

  3. You can pause in the middle of a review and can continue later.

  4. After you've completed your review, click Submit.

  5. You can always review the package as needed in the future.
