The QM Supervisor Dashboard enables supervisors to review agent performance and quality processes at a glance, giving them insights into Quality Management.
The QM Supervisor dashboard can be viewed by anyone with appropriate permissions. In addition, any custom role that has the QM Supervisor Dashboard permission enabled will be able to view the dashboard, as well as configure the settings of the widgets.
