The Performance Management Next Generation (PM) solution is a native application to the CXone Mpower platform.

PM evolves from basic data handling to advanced dashboards and full-featured performance management.

Performance Management Next Generation is structured in two tiers: Basic and Advanced. Each tier builds upon the previous one, offering additional features and capabilities.

CXone Mpower Dashboards

This basic tier provides essential performance monitoring tools, which are built upon our robust dashboard functionality:

  • Application Integrations: Connect with core applications.

  • Metrics: Access pre-defined performance metrics.

  • Dashboards: Use basic dashboard creation tools, out of the box widgets, and historical data up to 90 days.

CXone Mpower PM Insights

This is a basic tier and includes all the dashboard features and additional features:

  • Enhanced Dashboards: Create more complex dashboards.

  • Use Custom integrations via ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).

  • Custom Metrics: Define and track your own performance metrics.

  • Advanced Widgets: Access a wider range of widgets with more capabilities.

  • Objectives and Alerts: Set performance goals and receive notifications.

  • Extended History: View historical data up to 25 months.

  • Export Options: Export reports for further analysis.

  • PM Widgets: Use specialized Performance Management widgets.

  • Wallboards: Display real-time performance data on large screens.

CXone Mpower PM Act

This is the advanced tier that includes out- of-the- box dashboard, basic and additional advanced features. It also includes:

  • Gamification: Engage users with game-like elements and widgets.

  • Coaching Tools: Access features to support employee coaching, including specific widgets.
