You must have appropriate permissions to see the navigation for the Roles & Permissions feature. If your organization isn't configured to use the Real-Time Routing Rules application, you won't see these permissions.
The Administrator role should be assigned to you. For more information, see Roles.
Agent Capacity Profiles
Enables users to do the following with agent capacity profiles:
- View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.
- Manage: Users can create, edit, delete, and deactivate entries for a feature or page.

Config: Users can create new entries for a feature or page.
Real-Time Routing Rules
Content in this section is for a product or feature in controlled release (CR). If you are not part of the CR group and would like more information, contact your account representative.
Enables users to do the following regarding real-time routing rules access:

Manage: Users can create, edit, delete, and deactivate entries for a feature or page.

Config: User can only edit the guardrails for routing rules.
