Gateway Subscriptions
Gateway Subscriptions let you pull call monitoring data out of CXone and into your own monitoring application.

View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.

Create: Users can create new entries for a feature or page.
Voice Quality Metrics
Enables users to view Voice Quality Metrics in Monitoring Gateway.
CXone Voice Diagnostics
Enables users to view CXone Voice Diagnostics in the Voice Quality Metrics interface.
Log Reader
This product is currently in controlled release (CR). If you are not part of the CR group and would like more information, contact your CXone Account Representative.
Enables users to view Log Reader in Monitoring Gateway.
Self-Service Port Management
Enables user to view or create in Self-Service Port Management. The view permission allows users to see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions. The create permission allows users to create new entries for a feature or page.
POC Provisioning
Enables users to turn POC Provisioning on or off.
Integrated Softphone Monitoring
Lets users view Integrated Softphone data in Voice Quality Metrics.
