Coaching Session Permissions

You must have appropriate permissions to see the navigation for the Roles & Permissions feature.

Coaching Management

Enables users to do the following on the Coaching Sessions page:

  • View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.

  • Create: Users can create new entries for a feature or page.

  • Manage: Users can create, edit, delete, and deactivate entries for a feature or page.

  • Delete: Users can delete entries for a feature or page when they are no longer needed.

My Zone

The permissions in this section govern coaching session-related actions in the My Zone application.

Receive CXone Coaching

Enables users to do the following in the coaching session in My Zone:

  • View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.

  • Acknowledge: Agents can acknowledge a coaching session.

  • Add Comment: Users can add a comment.

Manage Categories

The permissions in this section govern categories that appear for CXone Coaching application.

Manage Categories

You can turn this permission on or off. By turning this permission on, users can view Manage Categories on the CXone Coaching page.

Coaching Dashboard Widgets

You can turn Coaching Status permission on or off. By turning this permission on, users can view Coaching Status Widget in the Dashboard app.

Assign Coaching

You can turn Can be assigned as a Coach permission on or off. By turning this permission on for a role, users with this role gets listed in Assign Coach drop down on the CXone Coaching page.
