Remove Tag from Visitor
Use the Remove Tag from Visitor action with the Visitor Page View rule to remove a tag you added to a visitor. The tag is removed from the visitor's browser storage.
Create This Action
- Click the app selector and select ACD.

Go to GUIDE > Engagement Actions.
- Click Add.
- Enter a Name that describes what the action does.
- From the Action drop-down, select Remove tag from visitor.
- Select a Tag from the drop-down. The list only displays existing tags.
- Click Save.
Add the Action to a Rule

Go to GUIDE > Engagement Rules.

Locate the rule you want to assign this action to and open it.

Click Add existing action.
- Use the drop-down to select this action. The drop-down displays the Name you gave the action, not the Action of the rule.
- Click Add.
